Anthill Alliance is a multinational coalition of dedicated individuals from around the world.

The Anthill Foundation was established in 2006 under the leadership of Kathie and Frank Mayhew.

Anthill’s work began with the building of a maternity ward for the Entebbe hospital in 2006. It quickly expanded to fill gaps in availability of local services, including education and community development.

In 2020 our name was changed to the Anthill Alliance to better convey our collaborative goals. In 2024, Anthill Alliance formally separated from Anthill Foundation Uganda, our first partnership in Uganda, as they moved forward to focus on the construction of The Kathleen Mayhew Girls Vocational School and their other vital programs. It was always the intention of Anthill Alliance to promote independence and sustainability in our partner organizations, and we are proud to see AFU realize this goal.
